Welcome to HiBean! Creating an account helps you back up and sync all your data in the cloud, including coffee bean information, roasting history, and profiles, ensuring they are never lost.

Create a new account

If you are using HiBean for the first time, please follow these steps to create your personal account:

1. On the initial page of the app, click the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Enter your email: You will be taken to a new page where you can enter your frequently used and valid email address, then click "Send Verification Code".
3. Verify your email: We will send an email containing a 6-digit verification code to your mailbox. Please check your email and enter this verification code in the app.
4. Set a password: After verification, you will need to set a secure password for your account.
5. Complete registration: Click "Finish" or a similar button, and your account will be created successfully! The system may automatically log you in.

Can't receive the verification code?

If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, please check your email's "spam" or "promotions" folder first.

Log in to an existing account

If you already have a HiBean account, simply do the following on the app's initial page:

1. Fill in your registered email in the "Email" input box.
2. Fill in your account password in the "Password" input box.
3. Click the "Log in" button.

Forgot your password?

If you forget your account password, don't worry:

1. On the login page, find and click the "Forgot Password" button.
2. You will go through a process similar to registration: Enter email -> Verify email -> Reset your new password.
3. After resetting, you can log in with your new password.
