Sign up & Login

HiBean uses email accounts. Log in before adding devices or roasting so devices, profiles, roast logs, and settings are tied to the right account.

Create an Account

1. Open HiBean and tap Create Account on the login page.
2. Enter your email and tap Send Verification Code.
3. Check your email and enter the verification code in HiBean.
4. Set a password and finish registration.

If the code does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders first. If it still does not arrive, use Contact Us and include the email address and approximate time.

Log in to an Existing Account

1. Enter your email on the login page.
2. Enter your password.
3. Tap Login.

After login, HiBean opens the main interface. Mobile and desktop share the same core areas: Device, Archive, Community, Mine.

Forgot Password

1. Tap Forgot Password on the login page.
2. Verify your email with a code.
3. Set a new password and log in again.

Account-Bound Data

Data	Notes
Device list	Device objects can sync across platforms, but each platform may still need its own Bluetooth identifier.
Roast logs and profiles	Local-first, with cloud sync support.
Profile information	Edit avatar, nickname, password, and related account settings in Mine → Profile.
App settings	Some user settings sync with the account.

If a synced device appears but says “not configured”, your account is usually fine. The current platform probably does not yet have that device’s connection identifier. See Use Devices Across Platforms.
